New international students (undergraduate, graduate, and IEP) admitted for Fall 2025 are required to attend the Pre-Arrival Meeting via Zoom on July 16, at 8:30 a.m. CDT. All new international students should have received the Zoom link via email. For those international students who did not receive the Zoom link, please email i-admit@pittstate.edu. 

The meeting will include information about the visa process, travel, arrival dates, airport pick-up, housing, immunization requirements, orientation, insurance, enrollment, and much more. This is also an opportunity for students to ask questions before they arrive on campus.
