The Four State Honor Band concert will be the culminating event for the day-long Four State Honor Band Festival, featuring both the PSU Wind Ensemble and the Honor Band of selected students from across the Four State Area. The concert will be directed by guest conductors and Dr. Andrew Chybowski.
